Processing of Your Order
Once we receive your order it is processed within 1-2 working days, an email confirmation of your order will be sent to you, please keep a copy of this confirmation as proof of your purchase
Shipping Processing Time
Depending on your location you should receive delivery of your product within 2-10 working days, remote areas may take longer for delivery.
Delivery times are a guide only, your delivery could be impacted by weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances which could delay your delivery.
You will be sent a confirmation via email or phone when your order has been dispatched with an estimated day of delivery.
Express Shipping Option
Express Shipping cost is calculated on the number of packs you purchase.

Once your order is confirmed and shipped you will be able to track your order via a link to track your package
Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging and or the product please contact us as soon as possible, take a photo of damage and send via email to info@climbstop.com.au
Missing of Lost Package
If you have not received your order within 2 weeks contact us via email info@climbstop.com.au
